Biography

Mike Hall (born October 23rd, 1989) is an American bassist from New Jersey who has been featured in numerous major music publications, most notably for his distinct creative approach to solo bass playing that involves a blend of harmonics, two handed tapping, slap, pop, and flamenco techniques. 

He has toured throughout the east coast under the independent label Canadian-American Records with the project "Running Late", while being able to share the stage with the like's of 3 Doors Down, Plain White T's, Lifehouse, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Collective Soul, MGMT, America (The Band), Creedence Clearwater Revisited, Third Eye Blind, Gin Blossoms, Hot Chelle Rae, Vertical Horizon, Blondie, Sugar Ray, Neon Trees, Blue's Traveler, Smash Mouth, The Wallflowers, Howie Day, Sugar Ray, Eve 6, Switchfoot, and Everclear

Mike is currently an endorsed artist to Skjold Design Guitars, joining a roster that includes Bass Player Magazine's 2021 "Best 21st Century Bassist" candidate Damian Erskine, David Dyson (New Kids On The Block), Pepe Hernandez, Alex Ryan, Tony Grey, Bill Bodily, and many others.
